4. Payments

5. Client Responsibilities

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • A1 Growth retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, designs, code, strategies, and processes until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed assets.

7. Website & Marketing Performance

While we follow industry best practices, we do not guarantee:

  • First-page Google rankings.
  • Specific sales or revenue figures.
  • Exact lead generation numbers.
  • Approval of advertisements by Google or Meta.
  • Continuous availability of third-party platforms.

Marketing results depend on many factors, including competition, budget, industry, website quality, and customer behavior.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve platforms such as:

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • WordPress
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars

A1 Growth is not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, account suspensions, or decisions made by these third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Cancellation & Refunds
